Fun and fellowship for women

A powerful message was delivered by Pastor Pearl Pillay from African Enterprise who was the keynote speaker for the afternoon

What an afternoon we enjoyed as women from various churches and other faiths, joined the ladies of Harvestime Tabernacle for an afternoon of fellowship, fun and laughter as they celebrated Women’s Day 2016 on August 9.

The event was hosted by the women of Harvestime Tabernacle with the prime purpose of bringing together women of all races and ethnic groups to celebrate the uniqueness of womanhood.

The afternoon was charged with lively music and singing, coupled with a skit entitled ‘Desperate Housewives’ depicting the many challenges that housewives encounter on a daily basis.

Pastor Pearl Pillay from African Enterprise was the keynote speaker.

A powerful message was delivered by Pastor Pearl Pillay from African Enterprise who was the keynote speaker for the afternoon, setting the moral compass in the right direction for the women present.

Needless to say, many of the 150 women in attendance responded to the invitation for prayer, acknowledging their need for change and transformation.

The evening climaxed with meaningful fellowship around tables loaded with delicacies. It was indeed an afternoon enjoyed by all who attended.
