Update: Bulldogs claim third trophy after tough game
With a score of 3-3 at half time, it was indeed a tough encounter!
The “game was on” and the ‘manne’ made their way down to Durban over the weekend to play their final match of the season.
Having made it through to the finals, the Clover Leaf Bulldogs took part in the Castle Murray Cup and had to beat Queensburgh to win the Finlay Trophy.
With a score of 3-3 at half time, it was indeed a tough encounter!
The Bulldogs, however, made the second half their own to win by 25 points to eight and claim their third trophy for the season.
The Bulldogs won the Crowe Cup, Hilton Cup and Finlay Cup this season.
Well done, guys! Your fitness and determination really paid off!
