Two dead and one injured in Vryheid crash
A woman believed to be in her 30s and a man estimated to be aged 45 had died in the crash.
VRYHEID – Two people have died and another escaped serious injuries after being run over by a car near Vryheid, this morning.

Paramedics from the department of Health’s Emergency Medical Services responded to the R34, just outside of Vryheid.
A woman believed to be in her 30s and a man estimated to be 45, died in the crash.
Media Liaison Officer for KZN EMS, Robert McKenzie said: “A third victim, a man in his 40s, was treated at the scene for serious injuries.”

Paramedics transported the man to hospital for continued medical care.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident sustained no injuries.
The exact cause of the incident remains subject to police investigation.
