Four people were arrested over the weekend for possession of drugs and stolen property.
Two people, aged 24 and 34, were arrested for being in possession of drugs. The men were arrested in the Ezakheni C-Section and St Chad’s areas. They were found in possession of small amounts of dagga with a street value of a few rand.
AÂ 28-year-old man was arrested after being found in possession of two pairs of shoes. The shoes were stolen during April and May from a factory in the Ezakheni area.
Another person, a 41-year-old female, was arrested after being found in possession of stolen property that was allegedly taken during a housebreaking in Ezakheni.
All four suspects appeared in the Ezakheni Magistrate’s Court yesterday (Monday).
