Staff of the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) are at it again! They want you to join them for a day filled with lots of love, laughter, a little bit of competitive spirit and a whole lot OF BLOOD!
SANBS will be hosting the SHOWDOWN BATTLE at the Newcastle and Ladysmith Blood Donor Centre on Friday, June 24.
With schools closing and holidays beginning, help the SANBS avoid a blood shortage crisis!
For your convenience, the blood donor clinics will be open from 9am to 6pm.
Also, be sure to hoot your horn to show support for your team, who will be at major robot intersections between 7am and 8am.
Tokens of appreciation will be given to all who donate on the day.
