uThukela District Municipality wishes to inform the community of Ladysmith and Ezakheni that the Ezakheni plant will be shut down due to repairs today (Tuesday). Hence, water will be off in certain areas.
The electrical panels were vandalised by the people of Mbizeni and repairs will take between four and six hours.
Affected communities are Rose Park, Ezakheni and Acaciavale, and residents are advised to store enough water for the afternoon.
