Arrests by Newcastle Crime Prevention Unit:

Possession of dagga: four

Assault: six

Possession of cocaine: one

Possession of Mandrax: one

Common robbery: two

Malicious damage to to property: one

Selling illegal medicine: two.

Shoplifting: two

Drunk and driving: two

Unlicensed liquor outlets: two

Arrests made by detectives:

Common robbery: one

Malicious damage to property: one

Using a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent: one

Failing to comply with protection order: two.
