Is this the toilet or a car park?

During the course of yesterday, two people made a toilet out of the parking lot right in front of our office window.

A lady just stopped, opened her vehicle doors and “took a leak”. When she was addressed about the matter and told there are toilet facilities, her response was that she didn’t know.

The next person was a mother who let her daughter make use of the parking lot as a toilet. When she was told there are toilets, she went around the corner, thinking no one would know, because there is no window.

Is this the new normal?

Is it okay to pee in public?
