The Newcastle Advertiser has recently been in contact with Newcastle SAPS, regarding the pending attempted murder case of a local businessman.
SAPS Spokesperson, Captain Shooz Magudulela said the Investigating Officer is currently in court, and has the docket in his possession.
Owning to this, the circumstances regarding the case remain unclear.
Capt Magudulela said official comment would be forthcoming by tomorrow morning.
