Umtshezi promises eight crèches in four months

Each crèche is allocated a budget of R750 000

Umtshezi Municipality embarked on sod turning ceremonies at eight crèches in different areas within its precinct.

On behalf of the Mayor Bongani Dlamini, Councillor Edith Lite started this project on Friday at KwaMasuku in Wembezi’s D-Section, Vulekani in Dalton, eNgodini, eMahlathini, eMadulaneni, Milton Farm, Chervil and Msuluzi.

Cllr Lite cautioned the contractors and consultants that the municipality requires quality work and they are expected to finish each crèche within four months.

Each crèche is allocated a budget of R750 000.
