62-year-old Mr Rasik Haribhai sadly passed away this morning at St Augustine Hospital in Durban.
The prominent businessman had been battling an illness for some time.
Mr Haribhai was the owner of Haribhai’s Jewellers, being with the Ladysmith business for 45 years. Straight after matriculating, he took over his father’s business and kept it running for over 40 years.
He was a loving and caring man who was always willing to help others.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Mr Haribhai leaves behind his wife and 2 children.
The funeral will take place tomorrow at his home (4 Zakhir Road) from 12pm to 2pm, thereafter leaving for the crematorium.
