Mange Primary School – Mrs Mange says ‘Just say no’
District coordinator, Mrs HD Mkhize and her supervisor, Ms Z Mdakane, coordinated this successful event. Miss Mzozi Mthembu and Lindi, who attended as representatives of the Soul City Institute, addressed the issues of developing self esteem and teambuilding.
THE Grade 7 ‘Soul Buddyz‘ from Zululand District attended a two day camp from September 19 to 20, for ‘Soul Buddyz’ at Nogcoyi Primary School in Nongoma.
The Soul City Institute sent delegates to attend and address their concern about provisions required by the ‘Soul Buddyz’ when they go to high school. District coordinator, Mrs HD Mkhize and her supervisor, Ms Z Mdakane, coordinated this successful event. Miss Mzozi Mthembu and Lindi, who attended as representatives of the Soul City Institute, addressed the issues of developing self esteem and teambuilding. A gala dinner was held where guests, Mrs Mange and Ms Banda, stated the importance of the ‘Soul Buddyz’ programme.
Mrs Mange spoke to the Grade 7 ‘Buddyz’ about the behaviour of boys and girls at high school, urging them to be bold and just say, “No.”
