Newcomers Lani Van Der Merwe and Kholiwe Buthelezi excelled at the two kilometer walk event in a time of 18m52s.
In the three kilometer walk, Vasanthee got back to form by partaking in this event in a time of 24m05s with Puckree. Jayrushka and Rikesh tackled the three kilometer run with a credible time of 17m55s.
In the four kilometer run event, Nicky Williams not only ran a PB but broke the Ladies Run Record in a time of 18m45s, Well done.

Time Trials have been changed to Wednesdays to accommodate athletes. Anyone from the public, young or old, is welcome to join and take part in the walk, run and jogging events.
Time Trials take place in front of DJS, Exclusior Lane at 17:20pm.
