Have you ever skipped a red traffic light late at night?

Pippa Hudson from Cape Talk, faced a moral dilemma on her way to work early one morning while sitting in her car at a red traffic light.

She was woman alone and started getting concerned about her safety while waiting for the traffic light to turn green.

She finally decided that the traffic light might be malfunctioning and decided to use it as a four way stop and drove through the red traffic light.

As she looked in her rear view mirror, the light turned green.

This got her thinking: What does the law say about using a red light as a four way stop late at night?
