Although SAPS have yet to release information, the Absa ATM at Theku Plaza in Madadeni was allegedly bombed this morning.
According to sources, the ATM was the target of five armed men, who struck at approximately 4am.
“The men were apparently driving a white new model BMW with no number plates,” said Amajuba Eyethu reporter, Lihle Mathebula, who was on scene earlier today.
A report is expected from high ranking police officials at a later stage.
