Local SAPS are still on the hunt for two suspects who robbed Markhams on Sunday morning.
The two suspects, allegedly armed with 9mm pistols are said to have walked into the retail store and held the manager and two employees at gunpoint at around 10:45 on Sunday.
Both employees were tied up using duct tape and the manager was told to hand over the keys to the safe.
The two then made off with R20 862 cash and cellphones and tablets to the value of R10 000.
No arrests have yet been made and the police are appealing to community members who might know anything that may lead to the arrest of these two suspects to come forward.
