Risen Son Academy achieves great 1st term results

THE FIRST term at Risen Son Academy was tackled by students and teachers alike with hearty gusto. Hearts and minds were stretched and exercised, and the results achieved were great!

Thousands Club (receiving 100% for 10 tests) and Honours Roll (completing more work than required at a percentage of 88% and higher) winners were celebrated by going for a HUGE ice-cream, and a day trip to Lancaster Lodge (thank you Gerrie & Merle Brits)!

The students depicted received the following awards for achievements in the first term: Gloire Lukusha (Thousands Club); Zanokuhle Thwala (Thousands Club and Honours Roll); Chevonne Ludik (Thousands Club and Honours Roll); Okuhle Mbatha (Thousands Club and Honours Roll); Aphelele Siphamla (Thousands Club and Honours Roll); Asanda Mbatha (Honours Roll); Nolwazi Memela (Honours Roll); Nonduduzo Mpungose (Honours Roll); Joshua Janse van Vuuren (Honours Roll); Nomfundo Zulu (Honours Roll); and Samke Masondo (Honours Roll).
