Flameboy-Pyro is on fire

He left newcomers in the rap world with the following message, "don't give up no matter what people tell you, keep pushing and persisting".

Thami Siyaya, also known as Flameboy-pyro, is setting the world of rap music on fire.
Thami began his rapping career at the tender age of 13 in 2010. He has since produced three mix-tapes and featured in the Hustle Magazine after securing spot number two in the newcomers delight competition. He also was nominated ‘broke billionaire freshman of 2014’ (a prestigious nomination given to promising rappers).
Reminiscing on his fruitful rapping career, Thami spoke about his first mix-tape, ‘Now that she’s gone’, which was a mix-tape about a primary school crush that dissolved when she left to another school.
He also produced another mix-tape titled ‘Alcatraz’ in 2013. One of his crowning moments is this mix-tape featured co-signs with Da Les,Hhp and J-Namic.
He thereafter went on to produce his third mix-tape, Pyrokinesis. Here he introduced the persona of Flameboy Pyro and took the listener on a supernatural journey of control and power.
However, his career was not always been rosy and he has encountered challenges too. One of the challenges he encountered was that of having limitedequipment to make music.
Another challenge was a brief encounter with famous rap artist AKA, (Kiernan Jordan Forbes), after remixing the song ‘Jealousy’ without attributing the original artist.
“When he tweeted me saying I did not attribute back to him, I was shocked and scared at the same time but I choose not to reply,” Thami confessed.
He also faced many highlights such as featuring in the Hustle Magazine, co-signs with famous rap artists, and being nominated as one of the contestants for the Top 5 underdog competition by Slicka, a rapper from Skwatta Kamp.
Thami hopes to one day take up a career in business and continue pursuing his dream of making music.
