Shine and Show Car Wash hosted a Show ‘n Shine & Sound Competition on Saturday afternoon in Main Road.
Young and old flocked to the car wash to see the pimped-up cars and enjoy the loud music blasting out.
Aside from locals, people from as far afield as Estcourt and Newcastle drove through to enjoy the motoring action.
Mason’s staff were the judges of the Sound Competition, having the unenviable task of picking a winner from among all the talent on offer.
A tuck shop kept the tummies happy, selling snacks and cool drink to those present.
It was a fun-filled afternoon of mingling and socialising in the presence of “loud, styling cars”.
