Save the date – CANSA Relay For Life Drakensberg

Give your time and effort to this worthy cause at 6pm on Friday, March 20 at Winterton Country Club

Relay For Life is a fun, overnight team event that raises awareness and raises much needed funds to fight Cancer. The event is volunteer driven and community owned. During the Relay, teams of 10-12 friends, neighbours, families and co-workers commit to keeping at least one member walking the track at all times (cancer never sleeps).

Each team submits a commitment or registration fee. Teams are then encouraged to raise funds to support CANSA, the service to the public and all people affected by cancer in the region where the event is being held.

The purpose is to lead the fight against cancer in South Africa by offering a unique and integrated service to the public and all people affected by cancer. CANSA being a leading role-player in cancer control and scientific research, the knowledge gained is used for awareness programmes, testing facilities and support for cancer sufferers.
