Two of Ichthus’ swimmers participated in the KZN Christian Schools gala in Durban on Friday, February 13. Congratulations to MacGreiger Stein and Amy-Faith Stein who both won gold for all the events they participated in! MacGreiger set a new KZN record for boys u/13 50m Free Style. What an achievement!
Their results were as follows:
Amy-Faith Stein (Girls u/11): 50m free style – first; 100m free style – first; 50m back stroke – first; 100m back stroke – first.
MacGreiger Stein (Boys u/13): 50m free style – first (New KZN Record); 100m free style – first; 50m butterfly – rirst.
Well done to our golden swimmers who qualified for their KZNCSSA colours! Both MacGreiger and Amy-Faith have qualified to participate in the SACSSA gala which will be held in Germiston on March 6 and 7.
