Two young men implicated in the brutal murder of Glencoe pensioner, Ismail Dlamini (63), were located in Ulundi and brought back to Glencoe for trial.
Siphelele Mdlalose and Sabelo Dlamini fled town following the death of Mr Dlamini whose body was found in his Valley View Road home. Sabelo Dlamini is believed to be his son.
Earlier, police arrested three other men in connection with the murder.
Five men appeared in the Glencoe Magistrate’s Court last Monday. Two of the accused had no legal representation and had asked to conduct their own defence. However, they later asked for legal aid.
It also transpired that there was a mix up between which attorneys were representing which of the accused. Attorney, Mr Biyela, was only going to be available on February 11. As a result it was decided to postpone the matter to this week to proceed with a formal bail application.
Two of the accused have already denied their involvement in the murder

The suspects are accused of not only brutally murdering  Mr Dlamini but also stealing two televisions sets and two DVD players which are valued at around R4 500. The police investigation continues.
