Fun at senior centre fête and car boot sale

The book stalls were a big hit among shoppers, with everyone crowding around to find something new to read

Koekie Jacobsz Senior Centre held a fête and car boot sale on Saturday morning in Francis / Mason Road. Stalls sold everything from food to books and other knickknacks, creating a festive atmosphere.

The book stalls were a big hit among shoppers, with everyone crowding around to find something in their preferred genre. Hot food on a cold, rainy morning was just what the doctor ordered, not forgetting the mouthwatering treats for those with a sweet tooth.

The Magic Rhythm band provided the musical entertainment on the day.

Half the proceeds from the event went to the Koekie Jacobsz Senior Centre to help with all their needs.

A fun-filled morning outing was enjoyed by one and all.
