Siyaxhasana/Child Welfare Golf Day – WOW!

THE RAIN cleared on Saturday just for Vryheid Child Welfare’s Annual Siyaxhasana Sponsored Golf Day. Once again our sponsors, Wayne Bissett and Sanjay Bennie from Siyaxhasana, went all out to make it a successful and enjoyable event.We would like to express our profound gratitude and thanks to Sunjay Bennie and Wayne Bissett for their ongoing support of Child Welfare and for sponsoring the prizes, which again were admired and sought after by the golfers, the refreshments and the lunch/dinner. This annual fundraiser is our highlight of the year and is always a huge success, which saw a full field of golfers participating throughout the day and who afterwards enjoyed the evening with a delicious meal and a stunning performance by Valarie from Durban who provided the music for the evening.

We would also like to thank Vinko Enterprises, Link up Security and Siyaxhhasana Construction for providing the golfers with the most amazing refreshments to keep them going from green to green. Thank you, Child Welfare really appreciates all the effort that was put into the “water points”

A special thank you to Delia Badenhorst who worked tirelessly to ensure the huge success of this event, it was due to a huge effort on her part to once again raise a record amount of funds. To all the helpers and volunteers on the day who assisted with the smooth running of the day, many thanks.

A very BIG THANK YOU to each and every individual and business who donated so generously to Child Welfare, your support has been overwhelming and is greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who supported our raffles and congratulations to Cathy De Beer who won the TV and Hannes Venter who won the DSTV Explora. We sincerely appreciate the positive feedback received from the golfers and sponsors throughout the day regarding the overall organization of the day, the meals and the prizes.
