Man assaulted in C-Section

Battered and bruised but not discouraged.29-year-old Mncedisi ‘Wanqa’ Makuyi says he is determined to seek justice after he was assaulted in Wembezi on Saturday, September 6.He says that a case of grievous bodily harm was opened, although police did not confirm this.
This was after a beer bottle was hurled at his face while he was passing C-Section in Wembezi.Mr Makuyi alleges that he was on his way to D-Section and was making a stop to drop off two uncles in C-Section when he was accosted.
The alleged attackers stopped his car and started an alleged unprovoked assault.
Mr Makuyi says he is disappointed because the men who attacked him are allegedly members of the African National Congress, which he is a member of.These allegations will be tested in court, as he says that the suspects appeared in court last Monday.No confirmation was received from the police at the time of going to print.
