Police are hunting for the men responsible for the brazen robbery of the Simunye Supermarket in Dannhauser.
The men entered the store on the morning of August 20, demanding cash. One of the suspects was wearing a bulletproof vest and was armed with an AK-47 rifle. One of the owners was shot in the head and was rushed to hospital.
The suspects fled with a large sum of money in a Blue Honda Ballade with Dundee registration plates. The vehicle was later found overturned on the Sweetwaters gravel road with a suspect still inside.
