ON SUNDAY, August 10 at 7:15pm, the tour group arrived back safely here at school.

They were greeted with a standing ovation. Admittedly, we all felt the awesome vibrations.

We are so proud of Ms Khonjelwayo, Mr L Mathenjwa and the twelve learners for the honour they have brought to our school. Indeed, the learners were true ambassadors.

They attended the International Globe project in New Dehli, where 35 countries participated.

During assembly on Monday, August 11, a special welcome was held with a very heart touching devotion.

Watch this space next week for a detailed report on all their activities.

Choir: The choir is participating in two choir festivals this week. On Tuesday, August 12, at NRS and on Wednesday, August 13, in Newcastle. We wish Ms S Ngubane and the choir the best of luck.

Cricket: On Wednesday, August 13, Landbou High School is playing against Pioneer High School. Good luck, guys!

Drama Festival: After weeks of intensive coaching, the Drama Festival is now a reality! On Tuesday, August 12, the adjudicators will judge all the entries. Thank you again, to all the staff who have worked so hard to coach our future actors!
