The saying that together we can make it, is true.
That has been proven when different government departments, which includes SAPS, RTI, Departments of Agriculture and of Correctional Services, on Mandela Day went beyond the call of their duties when they visited the Kwethu Children’s Home, which is a place for orphans and vulnerable children in Loskop.
They spent the whole day painting and various vegetables were planted.
The team aims to continue to give support to the place as there’s still a lot needed to be done to make it conducive for children.
“We want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Boxer Stores Manager and his staff who not only sponsored refreshments but also took part in all activities of the day. Thanks to all our corporate sponsors,” said Acting Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel Mabaso.
