The Koekie Jacobsz Senior Centre held a fête and car boot sale yesterday morning (Saturday).
The fête was held at the centre in Francis Road and the grounds were abuzz with busy shoppers. Young and old turned up to show their support and do some bargain hunting at the same time. All kinds of things were available to buy, from furniture to books and delicious pancakes. There was also jewellery, clothing, candles, plants and fresh veggies.
The weather was warm and sunny, which made for a lovely outing as people ambled from stall to stall.
