Street children wreaking havoc in Glencoe.

Street children's action leaving residents of Glencoe reeling with panic and fear.

A sudden outburst of petty crimes involving street children has sparked outcry in Glencoe.
It is believed these children have taken to crime much to the annoyance of the community. Four incidents involving these children have transpired in a span of three weeks. In most of the incidents cell phones were stolen. This has left community members reeling with panic and fear. Much to their dismay very little can be done to stop this as a result of the Child Justice Act. However the community is still hoping that this pandemic will come to an end.
