Ruthless crime boss on the run in Ladysmith

Wanted criminal mastermind Lindokuhle “Lindy” Ndaba often disguises herself as a male.

A massive manhunt is underway to catch one of Ladysmith’s most wanted criminals. She is a banking crime syndicate ringleader who will stop at nothing to get what she wants.

Ladysmith Detective Service in conjunction with Douglas Detective Service, the Banking Industry, and Mobile Service Providers are looking for a banking crime syndicate ringleader, Miss Lindokuhle Silindile Portia Ndaba in relation to the kidnapping and ransom of a person reported missing to police at Ladysmith, as well as bank related offences. A warrant for her arrest has been issued.

Lindokuhle “Lindy” Ndaba who has resided around Blue Bank, Bergville and Pietermaritzburg is alleged to be leading a sophisticated syndicate which kidnaps people and then demands money from the kidnapped person’s relatives in order to secure their release. In committing these crimes they are supplying false information to banks.

This suspect is believed to be in possession of a number of sim cards and as soon as it is used, the sim card is removed from the handset and replaced with a new one. The mobile service providers and banks have put security measures in place.

Lindokuhle “Lindy” Ndaba is a travelling criminal who is believed to be around the Bluebank and Bergville area but frequently visits the Gauteng area.

There is also a possibility that Pietermaritzburg Commercial Crime unit might be looking for the same suspect. Lindokuhle “Lindy” Ndaba often disguises herself as a male.
