Meals on Wheels Community Services – Estcourt (MOWCS – E) is a non-profit organisation that seeks to provide relief to the needy.
What started as a solitary soup kitchen years ago has blossomed into a thriving centre that caters to a variety of needs that arise in the vast communities of Umtshezi and Imbabazane municipalities.
