Church holds masked ball

It was a night of glamour and intrigue as mask-wearing attendees rocked the night away

The Regina Pacis Catholic Church hosted their annual Spring Masquerade Ball on Saturday night at the Indoor Sports Complex. It was a night of glamour and intrigue as mask-wearing attendees rocked the night away to the lively music played by local band The Expectations.

Ambience was the order of the night, as a mouthwatering supper was served to the guests on beautifully laid-out tables. All kinds of exquisite masks hid the identity of the party-goers, from homemade creations to ones that matched their outfits.

Lots of prizes were up for grabs for the best costume and mask, and a cash bar was available so that people could wet their whistles and let their hair down. Everyone had a great time being someone else for the evening and partying up a storm to the great musical entertainment on offer.
