June 9 – One person sustained moderate injury and another two light injury when the driver of the combi veered off the road in an attempt to avoid a head on collision with a truck on the Melmoth road near Lenjane.

June 11 – Vryheid crew responded to an accident where the Emondlo road crosses with the P16, old Babanango road. On arrival, five patients were found on scene with injuries ranging from minor to moderate. All patients were attended to at the scene and transported to hospital. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

June 11 – Vryheid crew responded to an accident in Coronation where a light motor vehicle overturned. Four patients were discovered at the scene with injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Bystanders had pulled one patient from the wreckage, causing further injury. All patients were treated at the scene and transported to hospital for further management.

June 13 – Vryheid crew responded to the R69 Hlobane road, Shoba area for a truck vs minibus accident.Two trucks were in tow. The driver of the front truck saw the taxi and moved out of the way. The driver of the second truck failed to see the taxi and slammed into the back of the vehicle, causing it to spin off the road and overturn. Six patients, including a 14-month-old baby, were treated at the scene and transported to hospital.
