Josh Jordaan is a young and upcoming rugby player from Hoërskool Pionier. He recently participated in the VKB Rugby Week in Frankfort as part of the Northern Natal Rugby U/16 Team.
This young man is a fast-footed fly-half with a bull’s eye kicking boot when it comes to converting tries and penalty kicks. It was a proud moment for Josh and his family when he was selected for the NKZN team, but Josh’s talents didn’t end there. He managed to bag two ‘Man of the Match’ medals in the three games they played. He was also awarded with a trophy for the best fly-half of the U/16 tournament, as well as the best backline player.
These accolades guaranteed him a spot in the VKB U/16 specialised sports touring team. The team will be touring to Namibia from September 24 until October 1.
Travel and Sport Academic & Sport School Tour Specialists has specifically constructed the tour to expose the players to prospective opportunities. The total cost of the tour is R21,000.
