55 golfers showed their support for the day

Submitted by Estcourt Golf Club

The Estcourt chapter of the Ladysmith Chamber of Commerce hosted a very successful golf day at Estcourt Golf Club on September 10.

The day was supported by local businesses, with 55 golfers participating in the competition.

The chamber is a non-profit organisation that is mainly funded by annual membership fees, and additionally by fund-raising events like golf days.

The chamber extended its membership to the Estcourt area in 2019, where membership continues to grow steadily, but it needs to increase for the chamber to effectively provide its assistance even more.

Jeremy Hunter-Smith tees off.

The chamber will undergo a name change in the next few months to include the wider area it supports.

Chamber manager Jennifer Wallace would like to thank all the sponsors that contributed to the success of the day.

For more information on chamber’s services, contact Jennifer Wallace via email at manager@lcci.co.za or call 083 631 1625.
