Golfers on the course to save the rhinos
Golfers helped to raise funds to protect the rhino
The Rhino Peak Challenge Four-Ball Alliance competition was held at Estcourt Golf Club on Saturday.
First on a massive 96 points were Harry Koovarjee, Mukie Ghasitha, Rajen Goodoon and Naveen Rajcoomar.
Second on 88 points were Hlanganani (Snoopy) Hlongwane, Thokozane Dladla, Mark (Sport) Gillitt and Charl Schaanick.
Third on 86 points were Mayur Baboolal, Richard Naidoo, Dr Nkosinathi Khuzwayo and Elias Mageza.
The winning four-ball scooped the jackpot prize as well on 23 points.
Two-clubs were carded by: no. 2 – Naveen Rajcoomar; no. 4 – J Fraizer (great stuff guys – par four two-clubs); and Harry Koovarjee – no. 12.
Thank you to all the golfers for their generosity towards the fight to save the rhino. Much-appreciated funds were raised.
