Fruitful finish to the 2022 Relay for Life Estcourt
More than R100, 000 has been raised at this year's Relay for the Cancer Association of South Africa
As the mist dissipated to reveal a sunny spring day, the 12th CanSA Relay for Life concluded with congratulatory cheers and messages and plenty of prizes.
The 17-hour Relay began yesterday (September 3) at 15:00 and ended with a ‘victory lap’ at 08:00 today (September 4).

Event chairperson Anil Sookraj thanked his committee, teams, sponsors and everyone that supported the Relay, during the prize giving ceremony.
He added that over R100, 000 will be donated to the Cancer Association of South Africa (CanSA) and Estcourt Hospice Association will also receive a donation from the Relay.
The successful event ended with plenty of prize being awarded.
