This was when the school hosted its annual artwork exhibition, which is produced by Visual Arts learners from Grade 10, 11 and 12.

Art educator Mr Krishna was on hand to welcome family, friends and visitors to the exhibition and explain the theme and concepts behind the art.

Learners too were present and basked in the appreciation from family and friends.

Mr Krishna explained that the art exhibition is an annual showcase for learners, whose creative talents are often overlooked in a school syllabus saturated by academics.

“Sometimes the family does not get to see the artistic side to their child and this is the perfect opportunity,” commented Mr Krishna.
