Inkazimulo NPO held a career day for rural schools of Mondlo on Saturday, to equip them for future learning opportunities.

With a special focus on youth development, the local non-profit organisation aims to provide learners from disadvantaged schools with the necessary platform, tools and career guidance, to assist them with applications for studying at tertiary and higher learning institutions.

Schools including Uqweqwe High School, Ingali High School and Gudu High School were invited to the expo, where locals from varied fields were present to tell the learners more about the work they do, and what learners would have to study to follow a certain career path.
“We would like to thank all the speakers who availed themselves on the day, as well as all the schools that were present, for making the day a success,” concluded Inkazimulo NPO Chairperson, Siphesihle Molefe.
