Gordon Franks wows Valentines Dance in the Moth Hall
A night of silky guitar skills and audience participation
Gordon Franks, internationally acclaimed guitar maestro and entertainer extraordinaire, wowed the party at the Valentine’s Dance in the Moth Hall on Saturday evening.
Gordon highlighted a night of local and international music talent with the band, Falling Flames, unveiling new talent in Philippa Lee and Chrissy Williams, with the Adonai Music Academy of Dundee students and teachers adding a classic touch.
Gordon certainly had the crowd eating out of his hands with him preferring to sing on the ‘floor’ rather than on the stage where he easily mixed with the enthusiastic crowd. Those who were not there certainly missed out on a night of music par excellence from an entertainer he prefers lots of audience interaction.
