BREAKING NEWS: Roads blocked off around Education Department
Early morning protests barricade parts of town
Angry parents have taken their protests one step further this morning, barricading roads around the Education Department.
Burning tyres have been spread across the road at Wilson and Bulwer Streets as parents are attempting to prevent access to the offices.
