Annual Lekker Resies back with a bang
The event, which is a local spin on the popular reality series, The Amazing Race, saw teams dressed up in bright and creative gear running around Newcastle in search of clues and completing tasks until finally completing the challenge.
Teams dressed up in bright and creative gear assembled at the Pines Wedding and Conference Centre to participate in the annual Lekker Resies on Saturday morning (February 24)
The popular event, last held in 2020, was back with a bang with 18 teams dressed up and ready to tackle the fun but daunting challenges that lay ahead.
Congratulations to the Ken and Barbie Team who emerged victorious in this year’s event.
