Church thanks the community for their support
Various school choirs performed
The Moedergemeente Kerk held a market day recently in Murchison Street and would like to send a huge thank you to the community for supporting them. They also thank the schools that performed.
Many early-morning shoppers stopped to get a hot cup of tea or coffee, with a cupcake. Some bought lunch too, as there was a wide variety of tasty treats to choose from.
A delicious aroma filled the air, making everyone hungry and eager to do some bargain hunting at the stalls.

There was also entertainment for the children, such as face painting and a jumping castle.
