Doc clinches memorial golf trophy

Dr Sifiso Kunene won the first Roger & Jenny Ross Memorial Golf Day, played in rainy conditions on Boxing Day.

Peet Boonzair on 32 points took fourth place on a count-out from Naomi van Heysteen.
Kevin and family would like to thank the members and sponsors who contributed towards the prizes, and this will be another annual event.
The first monthly mug for 2023 was played on Saturday, where 29 players participated. Shakeel Kalideen won the A Division on 73 gross and 68 net.
In the B Division, Rob Streak on 84 gross and 72 net took the honours, while in the ladies’ B Division, Lorain de Wit carded 97 gross and 79 net to win. The C Division winner was Thea Kruger, returning 107 gross and 85 net.
