Melton Schiever and Arnold Boettiger won the betterball competition
34 golfers participated in Saturday’s Spar sponsored betterball competition, played of 85% handicap allowance. First on 40 points count out were Club Captain Melton Schiever and Club President Arnold Boettiger.
In second place were Roy Unsworth and Ruben Goosen. Third on 39 point count out were Deejay Ramdhav and Sam Sewsunker and in fourth place were Colin van Wyk and Bruce Marx.
Closest to the pin on no 16 went to Bruce Marx and the 2 club on no 3 went to Darryn Wortmann.
Dr Khuzwayo holed a perfectly struck wedge to 2 club the difficult par 4 no. 4, what an awesome achievement! The jackpot was won by the combination of Seo Mthethwa and Dr Nkosi Khuzwayo on 11 points.
