Incomplete roadworks are adding to the pothole woes...
The potholes in Progress Road are frustrating motorists and businesses in the area.
The potholes are filled with muddy water from the recent rains and are said to be damaging vehicles’ tyres.
In addition to the potholes, roadworks have been taking place and are incomplete at this stage. Drivers say this is causing confusion for vehicles travelling along Progress Road because you cannot clearly see oncoming vehicles, which is an accident waiting to happen.

“I work at one of the factories and I do not understand why such a busy street is not taken care of. You are always dodging something in the roadway and that is incredibly unsafe. It is scary and frustrating to have to travel this route on a daily basis,” said one motorist.
