Newcastle Municipality revises refuse schedule
Residents of Madadeni and Osizweni should take note of the new refuse collection dates.
Due to staff shortages, the Newcastle Municipality has had to revise its refuse collection schedule for Osizweni and Madadeni.
The new schedule will work as follows:
Osizweni
- Monday – Section A (above Princess Magoga Road)
- Wednesday – Sections A and F (below Princess Magoga Road)
- Friday – Sections B and F
- Saturday – Sections C, D and E
- Sunday – Mathukuza, Ngagane and Charlestown
Madadeni:
- Monday – Ikwezi, Section 1 and Section 2
- Tuesday – Section 3
- Wednesday – Section 4, H39 and Kenana
- Thursday – Section 5
- Friday – Section 6 and Section 7 (R)
- Saturday – Section 7 (P) and Section 7 (M)
- Sunday – Section 7 (N) and Section 7 (L).
