On Monday, July 26, Uthukela District Commander Brigadier Francis Bantham celebrated 31 years of loyal service in the South African Police Service (SAPS).
She took the opportunity to acknowledge a few of her staff who went beyond the call of duty to support the officers on the ground, as well as perform critical admin functions.
