Ladysmith KZN: Residents now receiving their accounts from the municipality
Contact the Finance Department if you don't receive a statement
Many residents have been complaining about not receiving their utility bills (account statements) from the municipality. Alfred Duma Local Municipality spokesperson Siyabonga Maphalala has commented that the utility bills were delayed from their side.
The bills are now processed and available.
Those who receive via email are already receiving them (as of July 19). Via post, residents will receive their bills as of July 20. Some have already received theirs via SMS.
